What to expect from the trainers at the program?

If you are fast...

If you are fast, then you can easily go by defenders, but you have to have some dribbling skills to be able to do that because of the tall defenders that will block you depending how short you are...

If you are tall...

If you are tall, then you will probably defend the basket at all cost, so you dont have to dribble every single time to go to the basket. You can just let them pass you the ball and score over your defenders...

If you are strong...

If you are strong, then you can probably post someone up and score by with ease, but dont be too buff because it will affect your gameplay and you will not be that fast if you train to build muscle...

We dont tolerate any disrespect from any players...

If there is disrespect among the players you will get banned determing how bad it really is, because we still have rules that will be followed to have an amazing game and having fun...
